Our visitor identification uses daily rotating hashes that cannot be used to track individuals across days or sites. This means you don't need a cookie consent banner when using TrackGrowth. EU visitors are automatically detected and excluded from session replays by default.
Session replays are designed with privacy at the core. We automatically mask all form inputs, passwords, and sensitive data before recording. EU visitors are excluded by default from session replays unless you explicitly enable consent-based recording. Replays are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after your retention period. No personal data, IP addresses, or identifying information is ever captured in recordings.
